A city’s culinary landscape can change from year to year, and nobody knows this more than Hg2 Prague author Paul Sullivan. He jetted back to the Czech Republic’s cool capital to check up on his beloved city, and has reported back exclusively for The Guardian. You can forget the traditional Czech fare of stodgy dumplings; according to Paul, a culinary revolution is transforming the city into an upmarket foodie destination that brings with it a bold new cooking style and a slew of upmarket eateries.
