Flight Of Fancy / NEWS HUNGRY

Airplane food is notoriously nasty, which is why an increasing number of carriers are enlisting the help of culinary superstars to get their passengers tucking in. The wine, meanwhile, will be selected by his wife, Therese, and everything will by served on tableware created by famed Dutch designer Marcel Wanders. The Golden Age of air travel, it seems, is making a return for 2011.
