Renowned Austrian-American chef Wolfgang Puck is opening his first restaurant in Europe this summer with the opening of Cut at 45 Park Lane. To serve up modern American cuisine at the Dorchester Collection’s newest hotel, the restaurant will sit on the ground floor and offer 74 covers alongside a separate lounge area. A destination bar, Bar 45, will seat another 30 bums on seats across a mezzanine level and will be accessed via a striking staircase. Wolfgang says; “London has some of the very finest restaurants in the world. I’ve been waiting for the right time and the right partner to bring Cut to the city’s residents and visitors. With its sharp design and incomparable service, Dorchester Collections’ 45 Park Lane will be the perfect address for Cut in London.” With the menu offering everything from prime dry- and wet-aged beef to succulent pan-roasted lobster, event the most discerning diner is sure to find something that tickles their fancy. The interiors, meanwhile are courtesy of superstar designer Thierry Despont, who will surely creature a sleek and sexy space befitting of Wolfgang’s concept.
