Lofty Heights / Hg2 MUST-EAT

If you haven’t made it out to São Paulo to experience top Japanese eatery Kinoshita (pictured above) then rejoice, because this April Japanese-Brazilian chef Tsuyoshi Murakami is bringing his award-winning cuisine to London. Murakami is the pioneer of Kappo Cuisine in Brazil, a style of high Japanese gastronomy that aims to stimulate diverse sensations through the combination of rare and exotic aromas, textures and ingredients. He will be hosting two dinners at Nuno Mendes’ Loft Project on 8th and 9th April (reservations online). The Loft Project works as a temporary restaurant where chefs from top kitchens around the world are invited to host dinners for guests around one communal table. Murakami has designed a special menu for the project that showcases his passion for Japanese ingredients and his approach towards Kappo Cuisine but also celebrates his Brazilian-Japanese heritage. So with tantalisingly top cuisine and a unique, intimate dining experience, we think this is too fantastic an opportunity to be missed.
