Imagine you could travel to the clouds for a quick getaway, and there you could party and play
Passing Cloud was invented by architect Tiago Barros. The design was his entry to a competition, organised by the Department of Cultural Affairs of New York City.
The original brief was to come up with a vision of high-speed rail travel in the future. Instead, Barros put his head in the clouds.
Travellers, he imagined, could hop onto a gigantic inflatable cloud and let the wind take you wherever it blew.
It certainly is an innovative and hugely Hedonistic idea. What do you think about the city in the clouds?
