VEGAS RESTAURANTS: FIAMMA

Whether you want to overlook the MGM’s booming Studio Walkway, or enjoy a more intimate environment set back from the Las Vegas bustle, fine dining Italian restaurant, Fiamma, can accommodate your range of moods and occasions.
This beautifully designed eatery oozes quality and class from every angle. Airy divisions seperate the seating and the atmosphere couldn’t be further from the shopping centre feeling which often clings to resort restaurants. Passion and perfectionism go into every taste on offer.
Combined with delightful concoctions from the mixologist, the marathon of eating begins with Italian appetizers- a speck wrapped black mission fig, as soft as a melting pudding, and a pistachio crusted shrimp complemented by a Sicilian relish. The beef carpaccio adorned with truffle pearls has been marinated overnight in buttermilk and the pepper crusted Ahi tuna was equally tender.
Stomachs are stretched with the U.S style fine dining. Chef Pierpaolo’s special for the main is an enormous 18oz bone-in rib eye, defeating even the most dedicated meat eater.
The desert menu contains all the traditional Italian delights including a candied orange ricotta cream with chocolate bits and a tasty mixture of meringue, berries and nutty cream of nougat.
By the way, Fiamma also has Italian beers on tap, and award winning wine list, a cosy fireplace bar if you just want a drink and an attentive, charming staff guaranteed to give you a memorable evening and a bit of a paunch.
